New: DriftCleveland gets hired for Drift Demo !!!
Yes! What you've been hearing is true, DriftCleveland has been hired by Lake County Speedway (formerly known as Painesville Speedway) to perform drift demonstrations during Saturday night events this year. The first demo will be hosted on May 8th, and others will be announced throughout the year (so keep checking our events page for updates). We will be handing out flyers, selling DriftCleveland t-shirts and stickers during the event, which a lucky few might even receive for free. With our new driver joining us, you will be able to see anything from RB25 S14 to 13B Miata, and possibly even a RB26 Rx7 drifting and tandeming. We hope to see everyone there to support us, and to expand interest in drifting throughout NE Ohio. |

About DriftCleveland:
DriftCleveland is a drift team founded in 2007 around Cleveland, Ohio. We hope to attract more interest to drifting, and expand the drift scene in the North-East Ohio. Drifting is a challenging and exhilarating sport that can be fun and safe if performed in the correct environment. Our goal is to attend as many events as we can as a team per season, and give it all we got and finish on the top of the podium. |

Tyler Nelson joins DriftCleveland!
Recently DriftCleveland has acquired a new driver for the 2010 season: Tyler Nelson. He has been drifting for over 5 years, and has recently finished successfully swapping a 13B-T rotary motor into his 1993 Mazda Miata. The project, which took almost two years, has left him with little or no practice in the past years, but now he is back with 322hp at the wheels, and ready to kick some a**.
